no, i don't think so. but i don't exactly know what quiche is, so i might be wrong in assuming they're different. basically, you take feta, cottage (or goat) cheese, and mozzarella, wrap 'em up in a big buttery, doughy crust and bake 'em in the oven. super warm, super buttery, super cheesy. addictive.
